By accessing or using Brantenna services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Brantenna provides business management software including point of sale, inventory management, customer relationship management, and financial reporting tools.
As a user of our services, you agree to:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the system. We process your data solely to provide the services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brantenna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
